For the purified water system, the production intermission refers to the situation that purified water is not required at all points of use in the workshop.

When the production interval is less than one month:

The purified water preparation system and distribution pipeline shall be kept in a 24-hour circulation state.

Clean and disinfect the purified water system according to normal operating procedures.

The quality monitoring of the system is normal.

When the production interval is more than one month:

Drain all trapped water from storage tanks and corresponding distribution lines.

When the purified water system needs to be intermittent for more than one month, the purified water storage tank, transportation pipeline and distribution pipeline shall be disinfected with the pure steam system immediately after the shutdown. Before the purified water system is put into operation again, use the pure steam system to disinfect the raw purified water storage tank and distribution pipeline.

Before the purified water system is put into operation again, the purified water storage tank, distribution pipeline and circulation pipeline in the preparation workshop shall be disinfected with ozone.

If the production is interrupted due to no production plan, the maintenance of the air conditioning purification system can be carried out in two different ways according to the interruption time.

(1) Production interruption is more than one week and less than one month

System operation and maintenance:

The air conditioning and ventilation system shall be turned on once on the first day and once on the fourth day of each working week for at least 2 hours each time.

System maintenance shall be carried out according to normal procedures.

(2) Production interruption more than one month

System operation and maintenance

The system can be stopped, and the maintenance operation during this period can be stopped.

Perform space sterilization on the last day of shutdown.

At the end of production interruption and before resuming production, the system shall be operated in advance, and the system shall be subject to space sterilization on the first day of operation.

Quality monitoring

During this period, the quality monitoring of the system is suspended.

At the end of production interruption and before resuming production, after system space sterilization, the system shall be subject to performance qualification for at least three consecutive days, and production can be started after verification and confirmation.

Production suspension due to holidays

If the production is interrupted due to holidays (excluding normal weekly rest days), the production and engineering departments shall determine the operation mode of the system before the holidays and inform QA.

If the holiday is within 3 days, the air conditioning system shall be normally started on the last day before the holiday and the first day after the holiday, and the space sterilization shall be carried out on the last day before the holiday; If the production is interrupted for more than 3 days for more than one month, the relevant requirements shall be implemented. If the production is interrupted due to holidays (except normal weekly rest days), the cleaning work of the production workshop can be stopped.
