System Characteristics
(1) Purified water and distilled water storage tanks are manufactured in full accordance with national GMP certification requirements.
(2) Automatic control ensures the process requirements of 80 ℃ memory, 65 ℃ small cycle, and large cycle.
(3) The tank body adopts two types: vertical or horizontal, both of which are double-layer structures.
(4) Inner liner polishing accuracy RaO.45.
(5) The inner cylinder is wrapped with spiral tape for heating and filled with polyurethane material for insulation.
(6) The exterior is insulated with mirror panels or frosted boards, and the tank has a consistent gloss.
(7) All parts in contact with the liquid medicine are made of 316L material, while the rest are made of 304 material.
(8) Install inlet, reflux port, disinfection port, cleaning port, manhole, and 0.22um air breathing device at the top; Device. At the bottom, there are condensate outlets, distilled water outlets, sewage outlets, liquid level measuring ports, and temperature measuring ports.
(9) Equipped with control cabinet operation, the instrument displays the temperature and liquid level of distilled water.
(10) Realize constant temperature control and provide upper and lower limit alarms and other functions.
